Mini Poderosas mentors and empowers young girls/ladies from diverse socio-economic, racial, and academic backgrounds to become the future leaders of our community. We create a safe environment where young girls/ladies develop both self-confidence and leadership skills, set goals, and instill the motivation they need to finish school.
